New tag team champions crowned during the January 5th 2022 AEW Dynamite

In the main event of the January 5th 2022 AEW Dynamite, The Lucha Brothers defended the AEW tag team titles against the Jurassic Express.

For the finish, Christian Cage chased away the Lucha Brothers’ manager Alex. Luchasaurus chokeslammed Rey Fenix through a table on the outside of the ring and it appeared that Fenix was injured.

In the ring, Jungleboy countered Penta with a rollup to capture the titles.

While the Jurassic Express celebrated, all the tag teams came to the stage.
