Xavier Woods’ WWE contract negotiations reportedly “came down to the wire”

According to Fightful.com, Xavier Woods has officially re-signed with WWE. Woods’ previous contract was set to expire in September 2025, but he and WWE ultimately reached an agreement on a new multi-year deal following discussions between both sides. Fightful was told from a source that “the deal came down to the wire and was actually only finalized in September.”

Details regarding Kofi Kingston’s contract with WWE have not been disclosed. Woods, Kofi, and Big E reportedly signed five-year deals with WWE in December 2019, although time was seemingly added to Woods’ contract due to injuries.

Woods wrote the following message via Twitter/X…

“How do yall know this stuff? I didnt say anything! But yes. You’re gonna see my sexy face for a while longer even though you dont deserve it. 22 years in the game and about to make the next bit even better than the rest.”
