WWE’s old “Titan Towers” headquarters has been sold with plans to covert it into an apartment complex

Once WWE moved into its new headquarters on Washington Boulevard in Stamford, CT, the company’s famous “Titan Towers” building went up for sale. The “Titan Towers” building had been WWE’s headquarters since 1985 until the move.

According to ctinsider.com, the building has been sold for $3.75 million dollars to real estate firm MB Financial Group with plans to convert it into an apartment complex. Michael Massimino, CEO and managing partner of MB Financial, said the following about the purchase…

“The location is superb. It’s on the Stamford-Darien line, and it overlooks Long Island Sound and the Noroton River. The views of Long Island Sound really make this property unique.”
