WWE prospect announces that she has decided to not renew her ID contract

In 2024, WWE announced the launch of an indie wrestling development program. Zayda Steel, who was one of the first three prospects, made the following announcement via Twitter/X…

“I’ve decided not to renew my WWE ID contract. I’m incredibly grateful for all the knowledge, experience, and opportunities I’ve gained along the way, but at the end of the day, I have to do what’s best for me. I’m only 21, and have already done so much, but I’m just getting started! Thank you ❤️.”

AEW star Anthony Bowens wrote “You’re gonna do great things ✌🏽” in response to her post.
