WWE NXT viewership numbers for the 2025 “New Year’s Evil” edition that included an appearance from The Rock

The January 7th 2025 edition of WWE NXT, which was the “New Year’s Evil” special that included an appearance from The Rock, drew 957,000 viewers with a 0.25 rating in the 18-49 demo. By comparison, last week’s show drew 626,000 viewers with a 0.15 rating in the 18-49 demo.

According to Wrestlenomics.com, this week’s NXT drew the highest overall viewership for the show since September 25th 2019. It was also NXT’s highest overall viewership on the CW Network to date.

In addition to Rock’s appearance, Oba Femi won the NXT title and Giulia won the women’s title.
