WWE NXT star Sarray reportedly leaving the company and details on her departure

This week, Tokyo Sports reported that WWE NXT star Sarray is leaving the company. Sarray later tweeted that she will be holding a press conference on March 13th as she is expected to return to Japan.

Fightful.com had some notes regarding Sarray’s departure. It’s believed that the “beginning of the end” for Sarray was in early 2022 when several of her supporters including William Regal were let go from NXT. According to NXT sources, Sarray “never factored into a consistent or major creative fashion after that” and it was “widely accepted within the company that the creative given to her was outright bad.”

Sarray’s last appearance was during the August 2nd 2022 edition of WWE NXT when she lost to Mandy Rose. Sarray hadn’t been seen by people at the Performance Center in several months and answers were not been given about her status with WWE. Sarray was said to have taken great pride in helping Tiffany Stratton and other stars in NXT.
