WWE confirms that Scott Hall has passed away at 63 years old
Just prior to the start of the March 14th 2022 edition of RAW, WWE officially announced that Scott Hall passed away at the age of 63. A graphic was shown at the start of RAW and the following was posted on WWE’s social media accounts…
“WWE is saddened to learn that two-time WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall has passed away. WWE extends its condolences to Hall’s family, friends and fans.”
Sean Waltman also confirmed the news via Twitter. Hall had been taken off life support earlier today after suffering three heart attacks following complications from hip surgery.
“RIP to the Bad Guy” trended on Twitter as fans and wrestlers paid tribute to the two-time WWE Hall of Famer. Kevin Owens started his RAW promo with “Hey yo” as a tribute to Hall while Damian Priest hit Finn Balor with a Razor’s Edge during their match. Backstage, Owens made another reference to Hall when he told Seth Rollins that “tough times don’t last but tough guys do.”
