“Wild card” participant in AEW’s 2024 Owen Hart tournament revealed during Beach Break Dynamite

As seen during the July 3rd 2024 “Beach Break” edition of AEW Dynamite, Jeff Jarrett faced the “wild card” opponent in a 2024 Owen Hart tournament match. Jarrett’s opponent ended up being the returning “Hangman” Adam Page.

Jarrett was cheered by fans as he paid tribute to Owen by using the sharpshooter. However, it wasn’t enough and Page picked up the win with the buckshot lariat/deadeye combo. Page will now face Jay White and the winner of that match will go up against Bryan Danielson in the tournament final.
