TNA Impact’s premiere on AMC opened with an appearance from WWE star AJ Styles. Styles, a former TNA world champion, cut the following promo to fans in the arena…

“I’m going to keep this short and sweet because we got some wrestling to do. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, wrestling fans from Coast to Coast, welcome to the house that AJ Styles built.

But here’s the thing. It is bigger, it is better, and it is bolder than ever, and it’s on AMC. You know what? Let’s keep that energy tonight. It all starts with you. You are TNA. You are the TNA Nation. It all starts with those three letters: TNA! Let’s create some chaos!”

In a backstage segment, Styles had a brief staredown with his former rival Frankie Kazarian.
