What reportedly led to the Hit Row faction being released from WWE
As previously noted, WWE released eight main roster wrestlers on November 18th 2021 including John Morrison and Hit Row.
In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com wrote the following about Top Dolla…
“While he came across well on television, he rubbed a ton of people the wrong way in NXT and was getting the same reputation on the main roster.”
Meltzer added that Vince McMahon saw Top Dolla as the star of the group due to his size, but once the decision was made to cut him, Isaiah “Swerve” Scott and Ashante Thee Adonis were likely “caught in the crossfire.”
