What Johnny Gargano said on the December 7th 2021 edition of WWE NXT

The final segment of the December 7th 2021 edition of WWE NXT saw Johnny Gargnao come to the ring to address the WWE NXT fans. The crowd chanted “please don’t go” as Gargano talked about his run with NXT. Gargano said that William Regal gave him a dark match opportunity that led to his signing and thanked the fans for supporting him right from the start. Gargano said that he stayed in NXT for so many years because he loved the place.

Gargano said change is scary but sometimes it needs to happen and told the people that they will never fail if they believe in themselves. Gargano said his future is currently up in the air but is going to start the most important job of his life in February when he becomes a dad.

As Gargano finished his promo, he was brutally attacked by Grayson Waller. Waller ended up powerbombing Gargano through a table. The crowd chanted “piece of shit” at Waller as the show went off the air.

After NXT went off the air, Kyle O’Reilly and Tommaso Ciampa came down to the ring. O’Reilly hugged Gargano and Ciampa raised Gargano’s hand.
