What happened during Bron Breakker vs. Sheamus at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on 1/25/25

Bron Breakker (c) vs. Sheamus for the Intercontinental title took place at the WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on January 25th 2025. Here are the highlights…

* Jesse Ventura was a guest commentator for the match. Ventura and Pat McAfee made “Steiner math” jokes during Breakker’s entrance.

* The fight quickly went to the outside of the ring. Sheamus launched Breakker over the barricade into the timekeeper’s area. Sheamus then jumped off the steel steps but Breakker caught him with a spear.

* Breakker targeted the ribs of Sheamus following the spear. Sheamus fought back and delivered a Celtic cross but Breakker kicked out. Sheamus hit the brogue kick but Breakker got his foot on the rope. Sheamus missed another brogue kick attempt and Breakker won with a spear.
