Viewership numbers for AEW Dynamite’s five-year anniversary special

The October 2nd 2024 Grand Slam edition of AEW Dynamite, which featured Bryan Danielson vs. Kazuchika Okada and Will Ospreay vs. Ricochet, drew 680,000 viewers with a 0.20 rating in the 18-49 demo. Last week’s Grand Slam edition of AEW Dynamite, which featured Darby Allin vs. Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson vs. Nigel McGuinness, drew 702,000 viewers with a 0.23 rating in the 18-49 demo.

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics.com noted that Dynamite “was #7 on Programming Insider’s list of top cable primetime originals for the day, ranked by P18-49, behind MLB Wild Card games, Fox News telecasts, and MTV’s The Challenge.”
