Viewership numbers are in for the September 22nd 2021 edition of AEW Dynamite
The September 22nd 2021 edition of AEW Dynamite, which featured Bryan Danielson vs. Kenny Omega in New York City, drew 1.273 million viewers with 627,000 (0.48 rating) in the 18-49 demo. Overall viewership was the third highest in the history of the show.
The September 15th 2021 edition of AEW Dynamite, which featured Adam Cole’s in-ring debut and CM Punk on commentary, drew 1.175 million viewers with 574,000 (0.44 rating) in the 18-49 demo. Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics.com noted that Dynamite narrowly beat WWE RAW in the 18-49 demo (0.43) for the second week in a row.
The September 8th 2021 edition of AEW Dynamite, which followed the 2021 AEW All Out PPV and featured the first Dynamite appearances of Bryan Danielson/Adam Cole/Ruby Soho, drew 1.319 million viewers with 681,000 (0.53 rating) in the 18-49 demo. Overall viewership was the second highest in the history of the show.
AEW Dynamite last night on TNT was watched by 1,273,000 viewers on average, incl. 627,000 aged 18 to 49 (0.48 demo rating).
That’s just short of WWE Raw’s 0.49 demo rating this week, ending Dynamite’s 2-week run ahead of Raw.

AEW Dynamite was #1 on the day among cable originals in 18-49, well ahead of Real Housewives on Bravo. The latter did a 0.39 demo rating.
There were many premiers on broadcast. The Masked Singer led overall with a 1.11 demo rating (4.7 million viewers total).
