Update regarding WWE’s plans for the 2024 Bad Blood PLE main event
It was reported last week that the working idea was for Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns vs. The Bloodline to main event the 2024 WWE Bad Blood PLE. In an update, PWInsider.com, Bad Blood’s plans have been locked in and the tag match will be closing the show while the Hell in a Cell match will likely kick things off.
According to Cory of PW Nexus, this is currently planned order of matches for Bad Blood…
• CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre
• Bayley vs. Nia Jax
• Damian Priest vs. Finn Balor
• Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley
• Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes vs. The Bloodline
Reigns and Cody are featured at the front of WWE’s Bad Blood merchandise store in Atlanta. While appearing on The Pat McAfee Show this week, Cody teased that a video package or vignette will air which will have “big title implications for Crown Jewel.”
PWInsider also reports that several legends will be around for Bad Blood weekend festivities including The Steiners, Diamond Dallas Page, Tully Blanchard, Arn Anderson, Madusa, and Jacqueline Moore. It’s unknown if any of these names will actually appear on camera for the PLE.
