Update regarding who is running WWE’s creative team as of early 2026
Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com has provided an update regarding the makeup of WWE’s creative team as of early 2026. According to Johnson, Ryan Ward is overseeing the creative agenda for both RAW and Smackdown, which was described as a “recent adjustment.”
Paul “Triple H” Levesque remains the head of WWE’s creative team, with Bruce Prichard and Ed Koskey acting as supervisors of the creative department. It was noted that Prichard and Koskey are considered the two “tenured voices” handling the day-to-day operations within WWE’s creative department. Prichard continues to oversee the overall creative process, while Koskey is responsible for script edits and ensuring all content aligns with WWE’s corporate vision.
On SmackDown, “Road Dogg” Brian James and John Switaka are serving as co-leads of the creative process. As for RAW, the show is being co-led by Alexandra Williams and Jonathan Baeckstrom.
