Update on Liv Morgan’s legal case following her arrest in December of 2023

In December of 2023, WWE star Liv Morgan was arrested on December 14th of 2023 for possession of marijuana (not more than 20 grams) and possession of synthetic cannabinoid.

According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, Liv hired Jack Goldberger who is considered to be one of the top criminal attorneys in Florida. According to court records, the charge of possession of synthetic cannabinoid has been dropped but the charge of possession of cannabis (20 grams or less) remains. The charge of possession of marijuana (20 grams or less) can be punishable up to one year in jail or on probation along with a $1,000 fine.

Meltzer noted the following about Liv’s legal situation…

“The belief at this point is most likely it will be a misdemeanor charge and most first-time offenders with marijuana in Florida pay a fee of $100, and they’ll drop the charges without anything appearing on her record.”
