Update on Kenny Omega’s condition as he recovers from diverticulitis surgery
AEW star Kenny Omega has been dealing with diverticulitis over the past several months. Omega reportedly underwent surgery in May to aid in his recovery.
In an update on Omega’s status, Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted the following…
“Regarding Kenny Omega, we haven’t heard anything new past he’s doing better and while we don’t have any kind of a date for him returning, the feeling right now is that he will be returning and his career isn’t over. He hasn’t been cleared to start any training yet.”
Omega has been inactive on social media as he focuses on recovery with his last Twitter/X post being from June 15th.
