Update on Jeff Hardy following scary spot with Sammy Guevara at AEW Rampage taping

During the AEW Rampage tapings on February 14th 2024, there was a scary spot involving Jeff Hardy and Sammy Guevara during their match. Click here for match spoilers.

According to a fan in attendance, referee Paul Turner summoned the ringside doctor to check on Jeff’s condition. Hardy and Guevara were said to have improvised for the match’s finish.

Fightful Select noted the following about the situation…

“The Jeff Hardy injury on AEW Dynamite happened on a shooting star press attempt from Sammy Guevara. We’re told the fear initially was a broken nose, and they’d be doing concussion tests.”
