Update on Jade Cargill’s condition after she was legitimately busted open at WWE SmackDown

As seen during the September 26th 2025 edition of WWE SmackDown, Tiffany Stratton defended her women’s championship against Nia Jax and Jade Cargill in a triple threat match. At one point, Jade was legitimately busted open by Nia.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, the word making the rounds after Monday’s RAW is that Jade only needed stitches to close the huge gash and the injury did not require plastic surgery. The internal hope is that Jade will be cleared within a few weeks and there are no signs she has been pulled from the road.

After the match, Jade wrote “don’t question the love I have for this game” via Instagram.
