Update on Daniel Garcia’s status with AEW following his return at the 2024 All In PPV event

As seen during 2024 All In PPV event, Daniel Garcia made his return and provided a distraction that helped Will Ospreay defeat MJF.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com was told that Garcia is under contract with AEW through October and remains in discussions with the company. AEW President Tony Khan was asked about Garcia’s status at the post-show press conference and here was Khan’s response…

“I don’t want to necessarily comment on everybody’s contract length or status, but Daniel is here, and he’s a great part of AEW. We’ve been having great success. It’s been about three years with Daniel here. He started with us at Daily’s Place and was on that run of shows before we went back in front of crowds. He’s somebody who has been with us for a long time and is beloved by the fans and backstage. We love having Daniel here. Without saying exactly what’s going on, it’s a good sign that he was here.
