Update on Dakota Kai following attack from Sonya Deville, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark

As seen during the August 5th 2024 edition of WWE RAW, it was revealed that Dakota Kai had been attacked backstage by Sonya Deville, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark. It was reported that the angle was produced to cover for Dakota suffering a real injury.

During the August 12th edition of RAW, Michael Cole announced that Dakoata would be undergoing surgery for a torn meniscus. The current belief is that Dakota will be out of action for two to three months.

Sonya’s group, now known as the Pure Fusion Collective, will be challenging for the women’s tag team titles on next week’s RAW.
