United States president Donald Trump could be attending John Cena’s WWE retirement match

WWE recently announced that John Cena’s final match will headline Saturday Night’s Main Event on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at Capital One Arena in Washington, DC. According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, top political figures are going to be invited to the event and Meltzer noted the following about United States president Donald Trump potentially being in attendance…

“Donald Trump has not confirmed coming. He has confirmed being at the Army vs. Navy football game. The game will be at M&T Stadium in Baltimore at 3 p.m. that day, so he easily, if we wanted to, could get to the show… Right now the belief is there will be a ton of people from the White House at the show, but Trump is undecided at the moment, but a lot of major people have already told WWE they are coming.”

As previously noted, Gunther is expected to be Cena’s final opponent.
