Unified WWE women’s tag team champions crowned and Liv Morgan returns from injury

During the June 23rd 2023 edition of WWE Smackdown, WWE women’s tag team champions Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler took on NXT women’s tag team champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn in a unification match. Rousey and Baszler ended up winning the match with dueling submissions.

After the match, Raquel said she wanted a rematch for the titles that THEY never lost and that’s when Liv Morgan made her return from injury. There was a staredown and the champions left the ring.
