Unified WWE tag team champions crowned during the May 20th 2022 edition of Smackdown

In the main event of the May 20th 2022 edition of WWE Smackdown, Jimmy and Jey Uso defeated Randy Orton and Riddle to become the Unified WWE tag team champions.

Riddle suffered a “bruised hip” after being thrown into the corner but continued the match and eventually tagged Orton. Orton hit the RKO to Jimmy but Jey was able to make the save.

For the finish, Riddle was going for a super RKO when Paul Heyman distracted the referee. Roman Reigns then interfered and Jey was able to pin Riddle with the top rope splash.

After the match, the Bloodline continued to attack Riddle and Orton, Riddle was put through the announce table via a frogsplash off the top rope by Jey.
