Two WWE stars have reportedly signed new contracts with the company
This week, Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com reported that Asuka has signed a new long-term contract with WWE. According to Fightful.com, Shayna Baszler has also inked a new multi-year deal with WWE. Shayna’s contract was reportedly set to expire this year and the deal came together recently. One WWE higher-up noted to Fightful that Baszler has been helpful with newer talent over the years and is easy to work with.
Several WWE stars have signed new contracts in 2024 including Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Humberto Carrillo, Angel Garza, and Damian Priest. Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted the following about the matter…
“WWE went to a number of people whose deals are coming up over the next several months to sign new contracts. Asuka was announced publicly. There may be others but WWE did not confirm them.”
