As seen during the 2023 WWE Money in the Bank PLE, Damian Priest won the men’s ladder match even though LA Knight was the favorite to win. “LA Knight” became a trending topic on Twitter with some fans criticizing WWE for not taking advantage of Knight’s popularity.

During MITB’s post-show press conference, Triple H addressed the matter…

“I know LA Knight was a massive favorite, continuing that ascent. Great things come to those who wait, and that rise is just getting started.”

Insider news Twitter account BWE (Better Wrestling Experience) wrote, “everyone knows how big he [LA Knight] is right now. And it’s just a matter of time to capitalize on it with proper build.”
