The return of Uncle Howdy seemingly teased during WWE Smackdown event in Detroit

As previously noted, the end of Peacock’s “Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal” documentary seemingly hinted towards a return of Windham Rotunda’s brother Bo Dallas aka Uncle Howdy.

Teases for Howdy’s return have continued since the documentary’s airing. During a commercial break at the April 12th 2024 edition of WWE Smackdown in Detroit, the song “Nightbird” by Marti Amado played while there was a glitching visual effect over the Smackdown logo.

There was also a brief visual glitch shown during the Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill vs. Chelsea Green and Piper Niven match. Inside of the glitch, there was a message that said “you forgot about us.” This has led to internet speculation that Alexa Bliss could be returning with Howdy.
