Stephanie McMahon rules out a return to the WWE wrestling ring

During the What’s Your Story? podcast, Stephanie McMahon and Nikki Bella discussed Nikki’s comeback in WWE. Here is an excerpt…

“Nikki: “I told Michael Hayes this the other day. I go, ‘why do we use the word retirement in this industry?’ None of us retire… I feel I’m in a different era coming back this time around, and I told myself, ‘give yourself a lot of grace.’ Because I’ve had an era where I proved myself. And proved everyone. I was more on that mission of proving what I could do. And now here I wanna prove myself—like, how I can hang and be in this badass division. That’s insane.”

Stephanie: “Seriously, Big E asked me last night on the pre-show. He goes, ‘so do you have one more match in you?’ And I’m like, ‘no.’ I’m like, ‘have you seen this division?’ I was like, ‘I will embarrass myself and the business if I try to hang with these women.’ But you are in there doing it.”
