Son of “Sycho” Sid Vicious confirms that there won’t be a WWE Hall of Fame acceptance speech from his family

Last month, “Sycho” Sid Vicious was announced for the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame. In a post via Facebook, Sid’s son Gunnar noted that the family will be in attendance for WrestleMania 42 weekend events including WrestleCon.

However, Gunnar also stated the following…

“There will be no acceptance speech because they are putting him in the legacy wing. We will just be in the crowd… We would have been honored to give a speech but at the same time I feel like his fans rather see a video package of him than two people talking that they don’t know.”
