Rumored plans/spoilers for the 5/22/23 edition of WWE RAW heading to Night of Champions

A Cody Rhodes confrontation with Brock Lesnar and the Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus contract signing were officially confirmed by WWE to take place during the May 22nd 2023 edition of RAW heading into the 2023 Night of Champions PLE. Twitter account Boozer aka Better Wrestling Experience #BWE, which has been leaking plans for WWE television in recent weeks, tweeted several potential spoilers…

* Matches expected include Matt Riddle (see below) vs. Finn Balor, Ricochet vs. Bronson Reed, Apollo Crews vs. Dominik Mysterio, and Zoey Stark vs. Candice LeRae. JD McDonagh’s singles debut was reportedly scheduled for the show but changed to a segment.

* BWE noted that as of the first draft for the show, Shinsuke Nakamura is going to be Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn’s mystery partner against Imperium. @WRKDWrestling also wrote that the mystery partner is a “stylish king.” However, BWE later wrote that Nakamura and Riddle’s positions on the show were possibly swapped.

For what it’s worth, Drew McIntyre retweeted a teaser from WWE about the mystery partner but then un-retweeted it. It was McIntyre’s first activity on Twitter since Wrestlemania weekend.
