As seen during the April 4th 2025 edition of WWE Smackdown, Rey Fenix made his debut against Nathan Frazer. Fenix ultimately secured the victory with his Mexican Muscle Buster finishing move.

Post-match, Fenix was interviewed by Byron Saxton. Fenix passionately stated that he waited all of his life to say he is WWE.
