Results of Will Ospreay vs. Ricochet vs. Konosuke Takeshita at AEW WrestleDream 2024

Will Ospreay (c) vs. Ricochet vs. Konosuke Takeshita for the International title took place at AEW WrestleDream 2024. Here are the highlights…

* Ospreay and Ricochet worked together against Takeshita when the match started. Ospreay and Ricochet then went against each other but Takeshita took advantage and attacked both of them. Takeshita set up a table on the outside of the ring.

* The three men fought on the apron by the table. Takeshita gave Ospreay a death valley driver on the apron and then Ricochet hit a meterora to Takeshita on the apron. Takeshita was laid out on the table as Ricochet and Ospreay continued to fight in the ring. Takeshita was eventually able to get back into the ring. Takeshita hit a blue thunder bomb to Ricochet but Ricochet kicked out.

* Ospreay and Ricochet went back to working together against Takeshita. However, Ospreay accidentally kicked Ricochet. Ospreay hit a cutter to Takeshita but then Ricochet delivered a splash to Ospreay. Ospreay and Ricochet gave each other poisonranas and then Takeshita delivered a German suplex to both of them.

* Ricochet hit a shooting star press to Ospreay but a pin was broken up by Takeshita. Both ended up on the apron and Takeshita put Ricochet through the table below.

* Takeshita got back in the ring but was hit with a hidden blade. Takeshita kicked out at one so Ospreay hit another hidden blade. However, Don Callis pulled the referee out of the ring. Callis tried to use the screwdriver but Ospreay stopped him. Ospreay was going to take out Callis but then Kyle Fletcher got into the ring and attacked Ospreay. The referee was brought back into the ring and Takeshita pinned Ospreay to win the title.

* After the match, Kyler hit the Tiger Driver to Ospreay and celebrated with Takeshita and Callis.
