Results of Wes Lee vs. Dijak at WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2023

Wes Lee vs. Dijak for the NXT North American title took place during the WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2023 PLE. Here were the highlights…

* Lee used his speed and sent Dijak to the outside. Lee jumped off the apron but was caught and Dijak delivered a Death Valley Driver to the floor. Dijak worked over Lee but then tossed Lee to the outside and delivered more punishment on the outside.

* Dijak charged Lee but missed and went to the outside. This gave Lee the chance to recover and made a comeback. Lee hit a German suplex for a nearfall. Lee gave Dijack a back body drop off the apron and then hit a dive to the outside. Back in the ring, Lee hit a poison-rana but went for another pin with a Michinoku Driver but Dijak kicked out.

* Dijak eventually caught Lee and hit High Justice but Lee kicked out. Dijak applied a submission but Lee escaped. Lee avoided another High Justice attempt but then got hit with a big boot.

* Dijak went for a top rope powerbomb but Lee countered with a hurricanrana. Dijak’s finger was injured at this point.

* Lee went for another dive to the outside but was caught and Dijak sent him into the barricade. Dijak trapped Lee in a computer chair with a broomstick but Tony D’Angelo and Stacks arrived and saved Lee.

* Back in the ring, Lee caught Dijak with a superkick and then hit a handspring Pele Kick to score the pinfall victory.
