Here are notes from the Buy-In show at the 2025 AEW Forbidden Door PPV…

* Paragon (Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong), El Desperado, and Yuya Uemura defeated CRU (Action Andretti and Lio Rush) and Don Callis Family (Hechicero and Josh Alexander) (with Lance Archer and Rocky Romero) by pinfall in the opening match. There was a post-match attack but Tomohiro Ishii made the save and gave Archer a brainbuster.

* In the second match, Ricochet and GOA (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) defeated JetSpeed (Kevin Knight and “Speedball” Mike Bailey) and Michael Oku. After Ricochet gouged the eyes of Oku, he scored the pinfall victory with an assist from GOA.

* Triangle of Madness (Julia Hart, Skye Blue, and Thekla) and Megan Bayne (with Penelope Ford) defeated Harley Cameron, Kris Statlander, Queen Aminata, and Willow Nightingale. After Thekla and Aminata brawled to the backstage area, Statlander accidentally struck her partner Willow. Megan then pinned Harley with the Liger bomb.

* There was a segment with AEW President Tony Khan, Martha Hart, and her son Oje.

* The Opps (Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata and Powerhouse Hobbs) (c) vs. Bullet Club War Dogs (Drilla Moloney, Clark Connors, and Robbie X) was the final match. Joe picked up the victory with his muscle buster finisher.
