Results of the Anarchy in the Arena match at AEW Double or Nothing 2023

Blackpool Combat Club (Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta) vs. The Elite (Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, and “Hangman” Adam Page) in an Anarchy in the Arena match took place at AEW Double or Nothing 2023. Here are the highlights…

* Justin Roberts said “sh*t’s about to hit the fan” to start the ring introductions. The band Violent Idols performed “Wild Thing” live for the Blackpool Combat Club’s entrance. The Elite went into the crowd to start the fight with the BCC and the band continued performing.

* At some point, one of the referees got busted open.

* The brawl went back to the ring and Page took off his eyepatch. Page had a screwdriver but Yuta made the save. Everyone started fighting by the ramp. The singer revealed his BCC shirt and got taken out by the Bucks with superkicks.

* Back in the ring, a bloodied Moxley went at it with Omega. Page came in and Moxley was double teamed. However, Page accidentally kicked Omega out of the ring. Moxley and Omega fought by the entrance and Moxley gave Omega a superplex onto a giant poker chip covered in barbed wire. Moxley then stabbed Omega in the head with a fork. Omega managed to give Moxley a back body drop onto the chip.

* Outside of the arena, Matt and Claudio brawled on a pickup truck. Claudio gave Matt a piledriver on the truck. Several competitors returned to the ring and Nick was busted open. Moxley applied a submission to Nick and Matt made the save with a literal explosive superkick.

* Yuta got hit with a buckshot lariat by Page but somehow managed to kick out.

* Moxley brought out thumbtacks and dropped Matt’s exposed foot onto the tacks. Moxley then hit Matt with the Death Rider but Matt kicked out.

* Everyone took turns hitting big moves. Wheeler delivered a low blow to Matt. Thumbtacks were put into Matt’s mouth and Claudio delivered an uppercut. Page managed to make the save for Matt at the last second.

* Omega and Page were able to regroup and make a comeback for The Elite. They double teamed Bryan and Omega nearly pinned Bryan but Yuta made the save.

* Don Callis gave a screwdriver to Yuta and Yuta hit Page with it. Omega went for the One Winged Angel but Callis got in the ring. Omega went after Callis but was then attacked by Konosuke Takeshita. Yuta then pinned Omega to win the match.

* After the match, Callis strangled Omega and then the BCC celebrated with Takeshita.
