Tatum Paxley (c) vs. Blake Monroe for the NXT women’s North American title took place during the WWE NXT Stand and Deliver 2026 PLE. Here are the highlights…

Blake, who had possession of the title despite not being champion, taunted Tatum, and Tatum responded by delivering the first strike. Tatum’s momentum didn’t last, as Blake hit her with a hurricanrana onto the ramp, and Tatum said her shoulder was hurt. Blake took advantage and targeted the injured shoulder.

Tatum managed to fight back despite being hurt. She delivered two enziguris, followed by a superplex. Blake regained the advantage with a series of headbutts but was then powerbombed by Tatum. After both women ended up on the apron, Blake powerbombed Tatum onto the floor.

Back in the ring, Blake exposed the turnbuckles and then hit Tatum with the title while the referee wasn’t looking. Blake went for the cover, but Tatum kicked out. Blake hit the Glamour Shoot DDT, but Tatum kicked out again. Tatum countered another DDT with the Cemetery Drive to retain her title.
