Samoa Joe (c) vs. Swerve Strickland vs. “Hangman” Adam Page vs. MJF took place at the 2025 AEW Worlds End PPV event. Here are the highlights…

The match was evenly matched in the early moments, with each man getting offense in. After Swerve took out MJF with a dive, Joe wiped out both MJF and Swerve with a dive of his own. Page then delivered a moonsault onto all three men on the outside.

Back in the ring, Page went at it with his old rival, Swerve. Page hit Swerve with the Buckshot Lariat, but Joe broke up the pin. After getting rid of Joe, Page hit Angel’s Wings on Swerve but couldn’t pick up the win.

MJF got back into the mix but was put in the Coquina Clutch. MJF was close to passing out before Swerve connected with a House Call kick on Joe. Swerve and Page then took each other down, leaving all four men laid out.

The Opps showed up to help Joe. Joe took Page down with the Muscle Buster, but Page managed to kick out. Swerve went after Hobbs and Shibata on the outside while Page grabbed Hook, but Joe applied the Coquina Clutch on Page from behind. Swerve was able to save Page with the Swerve Stomp.

Swerve went for another stomp, but MJF knocked him off the apron. Page hit two Buckshot Lariats and went for a third, but MJF moved Joe out of the way and delivered a low blow to Page. MJF then hit Joe with the Heatseeker DDT to win the title.
