Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa in a tribal combat match took place at the Netflix premiere of WWE RAW on January 6th 2025. Here are the highlights…

* The two had an extended lockup. Solo was sent to the outside of the ring but gained the advantage with a Spinning Solo onto the announce table. Solo used the steel steps and a monitor on Reigns. Reigns was able to avoid a hip attack and used a chair on Solo. However, Solo regained the upper hand with a low blow.

* Solo used a kendo stick and trash talked but Reigns countered with a powerbomb through a table. Reigns went for the cover but Tama Tonga pulled out the referee. Jacob Fatu attacked Reigns and hit him with a moonsault. Solo took down Reigns with a Samoan Spike but Reigns kicked out. Solo gave a spike to the referee but Sami Zayn and Jimmy Uso made the save for Reigns. Reigns hit Solo with a spear and another referee ran down but Solo managed to kick out.

* Reigns went for another spear but Kevin Owens hit Reigns with a stunner. Solo went for the cover but Reigns kicked out again. Owens went for a piledriver to Reigns but Cody Rhodes made the save. Reigns avoided a spike and then pinned Solo after hitting two spears.

* After the match, The Rock walked down to the ring and took the ula fala from Paul Heyman. Rock then put it around Reigns’ neck and the two of them hugged.
