Kyle Fletcher vs. Mark Briscoe in an Owen Hart tournament match took place at AEW Dynasty 2025. Here are the highlights…

* Don Callis was on commentary for the match.

* Fletcher went right after Briscoe before Briscoe could even get into the ring. Briscoe was quickly able to fight back. Briscoe gave Fletcher a back body drop onto the apron and continued to deliver offense. The referee took a chair away from Briscoe, but Briscoe responded by throwing more chairs into the ring. Fletcher suplexed Briscoe onto one of the chairs while the referee was trying to clear them out.

* Fletcher took Briscoe to the outside and delivered two powerbombs onto the apron. Fletcher then gave Briscoe a powerbomb onto the barricade. Briscoe was barely able to beat the ten-count to get back into the ring.

* Briscoe made a comeback, and the match went back and forth. Fletcher hit a Proto Buster, but Briscoe kicked out, and Callis expressed concern. Briscoe came off the top with the Froggy Elbow, but Fletcher managed to kick out. Briscoe went for another one, but Fletcher countered the move and secured the victory with a top-rope brainbuster.
