Kyle Fletcher (c) vs. Hiromu Takahashi for the TNT title took place at AEW Forbidden Door 2025. Here are the highlights…

After a strong start from Takahashi, Fletcher gained the advantage with his strength. He hit Takahashi with an avalanche back suplex followed by a Liger Bomb, but couldn’t secure the victory. Fletcher continued his offense, but Takahashi simply laughed it off. The tide turned when Fletcher attempted a suplex on the apron, only for Takahashi to counter and powerbomb him onto the floor.

Back in the ring, Fletcher kicked out of multiple pin attempts from Takahashi. He then regained the advantage and scored the victory with the Sheep Drop Brainbuster.
