Results of Jon Moxley vs. Orange Cassidy vs. Adam Page vs. Jay White at AEW Worlds End 2024 PPV (Adam Copeland returns)

Jon Moxley (c) vs. Orange Cassidy vs. “Hangman” Adam Page vs. Jay White for the AEW world title took place at the 2024 AEW Worlds End PPV event. Here are the highlights…

* Moxley went to the outside as White and Page exchanged words. However, all three challengers quickly united together to attack Moxley. The Death Riders came to Moxley’s aid and everyone was brawled in the crowd. Security was able to get the Death Riders out of the arena.

* The challengers went back to going after Moxley and they gave him the Shield powerbomb through the announce table. Page then went after White and Cassidy. Christian Cage was seen watching in a luxury box but Hook was nearby watching Christian. Moxley, despite bleeding from the back of his head, was able to get back into the match and took control.

* All four took turns hitting their big moves. Cassidy was on the verge of pinning Moxley but Page pulled the referee out of the ring. Wheeler Yuta returned but Page was still able to hit the Buckshot lariat. However, there was no referee to make the count.

* White came in and hit the blade runner to Moxley but Yuta broke up the count. Marina Shafir got in the ring and was taken out by White with the blade runner. Moxley hit the death rider to White and Claudio was able to get the referee back into the ring to help Moxley score the victory.

* After the match, the Death Riders continued their attack but FTR appeared on the stage. FTR weren’t alone as Adam Copeland made his return from injury. There was a brawl and Copeland laid out Moxley with a spear. Copeland choked out Moxley with a piece of chair as the crowd chanted “you deserve it” at Moxley. Copeland got on the mic and said Rated FTR were taking it all as the show came to a conclusion.
