Ethan Page (c) vs. El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. in a “Day of the Dead” match for the North American title took place at the WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2025 PLE. Here are the highlights…

The two fought on the outside in the early moments. Back in the ring, Wagner delivered a missile dropkick off the top rope. After that, Wagner dropkicked a steel chair into Page’s backside. Page eventually gained the advantage by throwing Wagner off the top rope and into a trash can.

Page continued his assault with the help of steel chairs. He then ripped off part of Wagner’s mask, which fired Wagner up.

Wagner placed Page in the corner with a trash can and then delivered a coast-to-coast dropkick. Page briefly regained control by giving Wagner an Ego’s Edge through a trash can.

After taking control against, Wagner hit a moonsault, but Page kicked out. Wagner set up a table in the ring. However, Page threw powder into Wagner’s eyes and then won the match with an avalanche Twisted Grin through the table.
