Results of Bryan Danielson vs. Ricky Starks at AEW All Out 2023

Bryan Danielson vs. Ricky Starks in a strap match took place at AEW All Out 2023. Here are the highlights…

* Danielson made his entrance to Europe’s The Final Countdown song. Ricky Steamboat was on commentary for the match.

* Starks stalled for time before the match started and then took a cheap shot at Bryan before the two could be hooked up to the strap. Starks hit Bryan in the head with a weight belt and Bryan was busted open. The two were strapped together and the match officially began.

* Starks dominated the match for several minutes and did his taunts. Bryan managed to fight back with headbutts and kicks. Bryan took the strap and whipped Starks in the back repeatedly with it. Bryan then started choking Starks with the strap. Starks was also busted open as Bryan continued to whip Starks in the back with the strap.

* The two started trading straps shots. Starks got the upper hand with the shots but Bryan was fired up and had a burst of momentum. Big Bill then showed up and attacked Bryan. Steamboat pulled Bill off the apron and attacked him. Bryan threw Starks over the top rope onto Bill and came off the top with a dive onto both.

* Back in the ring, Starks hit a spear but Bryan kicked out. Bryan recovered and hit the running knee but Starks kicked out. Bryan said it was time to kick Starks’ “f*cking head in” and he did just that. Bryan then applied the LeBell lock while using the strap. Starks refused to quit and passed out which gave Bryan the victory.
