Results of Big E vs. Roman Reigns at Survivor Series 2021

WWE Champion Big E vs. Universal Champion Roman Reigns

* Before the match, Paul Heyman was interviewed by Kayla Braxton and it was teased that Brock Lesnar’s suspension has been lifted.

* Big E had early momentum and Reigns slipped to the outside. Heyman gave a pep talk to Reigns. Big E went for a splash on the apron but missed and started selling his knee.

* Reigns took control of the match and worked over Big E. At one point, Reigns started yelling at the fans and warned them to shut up. Big E made a comeback and started hitting several belly to belly suplexes. However, Reigns was able to hit a Samoan drop and regained the momentum.

* There were several nearfalls including a urinage from Reigns which led to “Rocky” chants from the crow. Reigns hit several superman punches but Big E kept getting back to his feet. Reigns hit a spear but Big E kicked out. There were dueling chants for both guys at this point.

* Reigns put on the guillotine but Big E broke out and hit the Big Ending. However, Reigns was able to grab the rope to break up the count.

* Reigns hit another spear to Big E and picked up the victory.
