Report: WWE terminated the contract of Ridge Holland early following his social media posts

Ridge Holland, who recently underwent surgery for a foot injury, recently announced that WWE will not be renewing his contract with the company. Holland (real name Luke Menzies) publicly vented about his situation.

According to Fightful Select, Menzies’ WWE contract was terminated early after the company “considered some of his recent posts a breach” and decided to release him ahead of schedule. His deal was originally set to expire in mid-November, but it was “strongly suggested that he won’t be paid for the remaining period.” Despite the release, WWE must still cover his rehab, as they “would almost certainly open themselves up to legal action if they didn’t.”

On Tuesday, Menzies posted the following message via Tiwtter/X…

“Officially Available for all media and signing appearances effective immediately. Email: contact@lukemenzies.com for booking inquiries.”
