Report: WWE planning to bring Saturday Night’s Main Event to Madison Square Garden

According to WrestleVotes Radio, WWE is planning to bring Saturday Night’s Main Event to Madison Square Garden on July 18th 2026, marking the first time the show will air live from the iconic New York City venue.

The event will take place during the same weekend as Fanatics Fest, which WWE is expected to play a major role in. With both SNME at MSG and Fanatics Fest happening in the same city, the weekend is shaping up to be one of the company’s biggest outside of WrestleMania season.

The last time WWE held SNME at MSG was in August 2007, making the July 18th show just the second time the event has been hosted at the venue. However, the 2007 edition was taped, meaning this upcoming installment will be the first live broadcast of the show from MSG.
