Report: What was originally planned for Dominik Mysterio on the March 16th 2026 edition of WWE RAW

At AAA’s Rey de Reyes event over the weekend, Dominik Mysterio successfully defended the AAA Mega Championship against El Hijo de Vikingo. As part of the stipulation, Vikingo can no longer challenge for the title while Dominik remains champion. Had Dominik lost, he would have been forced to leave AAA. After the encounter, Dominik shared a photo of his head cut open.

It was stated during the March 16th 2026 edition of WWE RAW that, following his match at Rey de Reyes, Dominik was not medically cleared. According to Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline.com, the original plan for RAW was a match between Dominik and Dragon Lee. However, that bout was changed to an Intercontinental Championship match featuring Penta vs. Lee, as Mysterio is believed to be in concussion protocol.

It is noted that Dominik and the rest of The Judgment Day were expected to address their actions after assaulting Finn Balor and removing him from the group. In his absence, Liv Morgan appeared in a video message, revealing that ousting Balor had been her plan from the moment she joined the group. She claimed Balor was never truly in charge and had been on borrowed time, adding that she took satisfaction in watching his downfall. She also stated that, without him, The Judgment Day are stronger than ever.
