Report on when Asuka, Ilja Dragunov, and Tonga Loa will likely be making their returns to WWE television
Heading into WrestleMania 41, several WWE stars are out of action including Asuka, Ilja Dragunov, and Tonga Loa. Twitter/X account @PWNReports provided the following injury updates…
* Asuka hurt her knee during the March 15th 2024 edition of Smackdown but worked through it until the 2024 Backlash PLE. Asuka later revealed that she had surgery. PWN wrote that Asuka “is set to return to the WWE RAW roster from injury sometime in May, likely after Backlash.”
* As seen on the September 30th 2024 edition of RAW, it was announced that Ilja Dragunov would be out for six to nine months due to a suspected ACL tear injury. PWN noted that Dragunov “is targeting a return to the RAW roster in September.”
* Tonga Loa suffered a torn bicep at the 2024 Survivor Series PLE and underwent surgery. According to PWN, Loa “looks to return to SmackDown in June.”
Asuka is set to return to the WWE Raw roster from injury sometime in May, likely after Backlash.
Tonga Loa looks to return to SmackDown in June.
Ilja Dragunov is targeting a return to the Raw roster in September.
