Report on Becky Lynch’s status with WWE ahead of the 5/27/24 edition of RAW
On Monday afternoon, WWE announced former women’s champion Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan in a steel cage match for the May 27th 2024 edition of RAW. Becky’s contract is set to expire on June 1st and her future remains unclear ahead of the show.
Fightful.com noted the following about Becky’s status with WWE…
“As of this morning, Becky Lynch and WWE had not reached terms on a new contract, though the two sides had been in contact. We have not learned if a deal is imminent, or agreed upon, outside of that there hasn’t been a new deal reached.”
It was also stated that people within the industry expect Becky to get the biggest offer of any woman in pro wrestling history. Becky’s husband Seth Rollins recently signed a new contract.
